Valentine's Day Plans?

It's definitely not too early to be thinking about Valentine's Day. And we'd love you to spend it with us at Arooga's, but we understand that you and your honey might be looking for something a little more intimate. The good news is... we have that covered!

Valentine's Day is the perfect opportunity to check out our "sister restaurant" Brew 22 American Tavern. Chef Christian, Greg, and the rest of the staff would love to give you a unique, romantic experience complete with great craft beer and delicious food made with fresh, local ingredients in the incredible open kitchen.

February Funds For Friends

Whew! That's a lot of F's! But really the most important F-word here is FUNDRAISING!

During the month of February we will be increasing our donation amount for our Funds for Friends program to 20%!

How does Funds for Friends work, you ask?

Well, you give us a call here at the corporate office (our phone number is 717-635-WING) and talk to Nikki (extension 1). She'll set you up with a form to fill out which will give us all the information about what school, charity, organization, or cause you are raising money for as well as important information like when you'd like to hold your fundraising night.

You can pick from any Monday or Tuesday and you can even pick multiple dates to maximize your efforts.

So once you have a date, Nikki will send you a file with a little coupon slip thing. You can print it out, post it on Facebook, send it in emails, or however else you can think of to distribute the slips to all of your supporters.

Then, on your chosen dates, your supporters will bring in their coupon slips and give it to their server who will attach it to their check at the end of their meal. Those checks make their way back to Nikki who will add them all up and tabulate a total. Your fundraiser will get 20% of that total! Normally it's only 15%, but in the month of February we're upping the ante to 20%!

Pretty easy right? We think so too. Since we started our Funds For Friends program we've donated over $35,000 to different groups! Just a few weeks ago one group was able to raise over $1,ooo! We already have a lot of groups taking advantage of this February special so if you want to schedule your fundraiser you better give us a call quick!
